Job Description
On-site restaurant assistant manager position. Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget; plan and organize daily operations; train staff; provide customer service; supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food; must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres; maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
