Vi Phong Enterprise Ltd. dba Bridgeport Chevron Town Pantry & Triple O’s, at 12011 Bridgeport Road, Richmond, BC , V6V 1J4 , is looking for two Permanent, full time Food Service Supervisors
Aboriginal, Visible minorities , Canadian, Student , New comers, Permanent Resident who can demonstrate required education and work experience are encouraged to apply.
Education : Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience an asset as a Customer service .
Wage $20.00 per hour/35 hours per week.
You will be working in rotating shifts including weekends and statutory holiday.
You will perform following duties& Responsibilities:-
Supervise, Co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Train staff in job duties, and sanitation; and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets
May plan cafeteria menus and determine related food and labour costs.
