About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle of key product offerings. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to define product requirements and ensure successful delivery. This role is fully remote and suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, data, and market research.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive go-to-market plans and ensure product adoption.
- Monitor and analyze product performance to continuously improve user experience and business outcomes.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and standups (Agile methodology).
- Act as the voice of the customer throughout the product development cycle.

Required Skills
Experience working remotely across distributed teams. Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks. Basic understanding of UX/UI best practices.
