Salary: $55,680.00 annually, paid bi-weekly.

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time: up to 30 hours / week

Benefits: Discounted hotel stays rates as per availability. Extended health benefit, Meal discounts in the hotel restaurant, 4% of annual wage depending on the company’s business performance in that particular calendar year

Employment conditions : Must be available to work morning, day, some evenings and occasional weekends as per business needs.

Start date: As soon as possible

Job requirements

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years inbusiness marketing, public relations, communications, journalism OR related.

Languages : English. Basic French language proficiency is an asset

Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales and marking experience.

Job Responsibilities Tasks

§ Focus on generating new business and enhancing current account performance to consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives.

§ Implement marketing strategies to enhance product performance and maximize overall profitability

§ Demonstrate the ability to represent the organization in attracting and engaging high-caliber professionals.

§ Open to working outside traditional business hours to meet operational needs.

§ Drive brand engagement by managing the company’s social media platforms and leveraging customer testimonials and reviews

§ Provide support in shaping the marketing roadmap and managing the associated annual budgeting process.

§ Ability to travel as necessary to represent the company and fulfill role responsibilities.

§ Proven track record of effectively managing social media accounts, responding to customer reviews, and leveraging testimonials to enhance brand reputation

§ Develop and deliver insights through detailed reporting on campaign performance and key marketing metrics

§ Manage day-to-day administrative responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations

§ Carry out comprehensive site inspections to ensure adherence to quality and service expectations

§ Presenting and fostering a professional and friendly atmosphere at hotel, and with clients where excellence is expected, valued and recognized.

§ Proactively recommend and market suitable products or services to maximize company revenue

§ Flexibly manage additional duties as required by senior management to meet evolving business priorities
