Job Description
1444592 BC Ltd dba Moby’s Pub, 124A Upper Ganges Rd, Salt Spring Island, BC V8K 2S2 , is looking for One Full time Permanent Cook for their restaurant at above location.
Aboriginal, Visible minorities , Canadian, Student , New comers, Permanent Resident who can demonstrate required education and work experience are encouraged to apply.
You will be required to work 40 hours a week, in a rotating shift, including weekends and Stat holidays.
Salary: $20.00

Qualifications: Minimum High School education .
Experience:- previous experience as a cook. but not mandatory.
You will be performing following duties:
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
Assist in all aspects of kitchen operations, cooking, cleaning, preparation, portioning of food and keeping work area clean during and after preparation
Monitor and order supplies
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Must be organized and work well under pressure in a busy environment
Have strong communication and teamwork skills, must work within a team of kitchen staff
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Other requirements
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Strong communication skills
