Responsibilities
- Prepare production and other reports
- Supervise workers and production projects
- Oversee the operations of the company
- Review and approve all job proofs or samples
- Co-ordinate and schedule production activities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve
- productivity and product quality
