Job Description
We are looking for well experienced Line Cook for the “Burger Rebellion” located at 1326 London Rd Sarnia, ON N7S 1P7 Canada.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
· Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
· Plan menus, determine the size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies.
· Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
· Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
· Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
· Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
· Clean the kitchen and work areas.
· Manage kitchen operations.
Other skills Requirements:
Passion for the kitchen and for producing great product every day.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
Prerequisites:
Education: Some high school or equivalent
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in cooking
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 17.20 to $ 19.00 per Hour for 35 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
