- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: Experience an asset
📋 Responsibilities / Tasks
- Analyze and develop budgets to control costs of food, alcohol, kitchen, and cleaning supplies
- Monitor revenues, labour costs, and daily operations
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices based on budgets
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations
- Set staff schedules, train staff, and monitor performance
- Conduct staff performance reviews
- Maintain balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and supplies
- Participate in marketing planning and implementation
- Provide leadership, instruction, and customer service
- Address customer complaints or concerns
