Job Description
We are looking for well experienced Cooks for a well-known restaurant “The Dunes Restaurant & Bar” located at 11 Southampton Pkwy, Sauble Beach, ON, N0H 2G0, Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
- Follow all recipes and practice portion control to prepare, garnish and present ordered items.
- Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.
- Instruct kitchen assistants and helpers.
- Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.
- Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
- Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.
Prerequisites:
Education: No formal education required
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 17.20 to $ 29.00 per hour for 30 to 40 hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full-time and permanent
Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
