Position Title: Swamper – Truck Transport

Salary: $36.00 per hour
Hours: 30 hours per week
Terms of Employment: Full-time, term or contract
Schedule: Shift work, flexible hours

Responsibilities and Tasks
- Transport tools and equipment using push or hand carts
- Assist railway track maintenance workers in laying, maintaining, and repairing tracks
- Cut vegetation growth from railway tracks using manual and powered tools
- Inspect freight cars for cleanliness and physical condition
- Remove snow from railway switch boxes
- Assist truck and delivery drivers with loading and unloading vehicles
- Perform general warehouse labour duties
- Provide basic customer service
