Auto Dealership Manager
We are looking for a well experienced Auto Dealership Manager for “Thornhill Hyundai” located at 7200 Yonge St, Thornhill, ON L4J 1V8, Canada.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize and oversee dealership operations including showroom activities, vehicle sales performance, inventory management, and customer service standards to ensure efficient retail operations.
- Direct and supervise automotive sales consultants and dealership support staff, establish performance targets, assign responsibilities, and monitor operational productivity.
- Manage dealership inventory levels of new Hyundai vehicles and pre-owned automobiles, coordinating ordering, allocation, and stock turnover to meet customer demand and sales objectives.
- Analyze vehicle sales performance, local market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities to strengthen dealership market position and improve revenue growth.
- Develop and implement dealership pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and manufacturer incentive programs to support vehicle sales and increase customer acquisition.
- Oversee vehicle sales transactions including trade-ins, financing arrangements, and documentation processes to ensure operational compliance and a seamless customer purchasing experience.
- Recruit, train, and mentor automotive sales consultants to strengthen Hyundai product knowledge, improve sales techniques, and maintain high dealership performance standards.
- Monitor dealership financial performance including revenue, sales margins, and operational expenses, adjusting sales strategies and operational procedures to achieve profitability targets.
- Resolve complex customer concerns related to vehicle purchases, delivery timelines, and dealership services while maintaining strong customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
- May perform other duties reasonably assigned.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in automobile industry
Language: English
Hourly rate: $48.00 for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
