Job Title: Offset Press Supervisor (NOC 72022)


Rayacom Print and Packaging BC Ltd. is a leading manufacturer in the printing and packaging industry, known for delivering high-quality products and innovative solutions.

We are currently seeking a Offset Print Supervisor (NOC 72022) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in the offset print press machines.

Job Description
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule activities of workers who operates the offset print press
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Review and approve all job proofs or samples in order to ensure quality of work meets client specifications
• Requisition materials and supplies
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
• Prepare production and other reports
• May set up machines or equipment.
• May perform printing press functions if needed

Requirements:

·         Must have at least 1 year of related experience in offset print press supervisor

·         Must be very experienced in various offset print press machines such as Heidelberg, Komori, etc.

·         Completed Secondary School is required

·         Able to communicate in English

·         Willing to work overtime, weekend or holidays if needed

Position Available: Offset Press Supervisor (NOC 72022)
Terms of Employment: Full Time, Permanent
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
Salary: $37 per hour
