Job Description
We are looking for a well-experienced Catering Service Manager for “Mcewan Enterprises.” to work at 38 Karl Fraser Road, Toronto, ON M3C 0H7, Canada.

Job Duties:
- Plan, direct, and oversee all catering service operations, including corporate events, private functions, weddings, premium dining events, and off-site catering services.
- Manage end-to-end event execution, including client requirements, menu coordination, staffing, service timelines, delivery logistics, venue setup, and on-site supervision.
- Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate catering staff, servers, bartenders, delivery teams, and event support staff to ensure high service standards.
- Coordinate closely with chefs, culinary teams, clients, and vendors to deliver customized menus, dietary accommodations, food presentation, and premium guest experience.
- Monitor labour costs, food costs, event budgets, inventory needs, rental requirements, and overall event profitability.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, health and safety regulations, alcohol service requirements, and company policies.
- Resolve client concerns, oversee service quality during events, review event performance, and implement improvements to maintain the company’s senior hospitality standards.
Prerequisites:
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience Hospitality administration/management, other
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more in hospitality industry
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 36.00 to $ 40.00 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
