Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Conduct or assist in air and water quality testing

·         Conduct or assist in environmental monitoring and protection activities

·         Conduct tests and analysis using other physical and chemical separation techniques

·         Maintain laboratory equipment

·         Operate laboratory apparatus

·         Set up chemical experiments, tests and analyses

·         Assist in set up and conduction of chemical experiments

·         Compile records for analytical studies

·         Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

·         MS Office

·         Assist in developing programs of sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards

·         Assist in development of standards, health and safety measures

·         Assist in the development of chemical engineering processes, studies of chemical engineering procurement, construction, inspection and maintenance

·         Compile records and interpret experimental or analytical results

·         Conduct safety training programs
