We are seeking an experienced and motivated *Restaurant Manager* to lead daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident in managing staff, service standards, and operational performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
* Lead, train, schedule, and supervise staff
* Ensure high standards of guest service and food quality
* Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
* Monitor labour costs, scheduling, and productivity
* Manage cash handling, POS reports, and end-of-day procedures
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
* Coordinate with ownership on operations, staffing, and performance
* Support inventory control and ordering as required
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 2?3 years of restaurant management experience
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Experience with POS systems and staff scheduling
* Strong understanding of customer service and team management
* *Must have a valid work permit to work in Canada*
