Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team in a bustling restaurant kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and be eager to assist in meal preparation and service.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in the preparation of meals according to our menu
– Ensure all food preparation meets food safety standards
– Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Collaborate with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
– Help with inventory management and stock rotation
Experience:
– Proven experience working as a cook in a kitchen setting
– Familiarity with food handling, preparation, and service
– Knowledge of food safety practices
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
