We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper with 6 months Experience working in any Indian Restautant, to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will assist in various kitchen tasks especially Tandoor, ensuring a smooth and efficient food preparation process. This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of our kitchen operations, supporting chefs and kitchen staff in delivering exceptional meals to our guests.
*Responsibilities*
* Assist with meal preparation and food service, ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
* Perform food handling tasks, including washing, chopping, and preparing ingredients.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety standards.
* Support chefs with cooking tasks as needed, demonstrating basic cooking techniques.
* Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following all safety protocols.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and harmonious work environment.
*Skills*
* Strong cooking skills with a passion for food preparation and presentation.
* Proficient knife skills for efficient meal prep and ingredient handling.
* Experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
* Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is a plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
