Continental Night Shifts<br><strong>Compensation:</strong> Starting at $18.40/hour (based on experience and certifications; (includes applicable premiums))<br><br></div><div><strong>About the Role:</strong><br>LTS Protective Services is hiring a dedicated and professional <strong>Mobile Tactical Supervisor Guard</strong> to join our elite enforcement team. This position requires driving between multiple client sites, conducting proactive patrols, ensuring access control, and responding to on-site incidents. The successful candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to safety and professionalism.<br><br></div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></div><ul><li>Conduct mobile and foot patrols at various client locations.</li><li>Monitor and secure properties by scanning NFC checkpoints and inspecting all access points.</li><li>Enforce site-specific protocols and LTS policies.</li><li>Respond to emergencies, alarms, trespassing, and other incidents.</li><li>Accurately complete reports, logs, and daily activity summaries.</li><li>Liaise with emergency services or local authorities when required.</li><li>Remove unauthorized persons from private property.</li><li>Ensure all assigned sites are patrolled during scheduled timeframes.</li><li>Communicate effectively with dispatch and the Operations team.</li><li>Perform access control duties and assist clients, tenants, or site staff as needed.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Certifications:</strong></div><div>Candidates must hold and maintain the following valid credentials while employed:</div><ul><li>Ontario Security Guard License (must carry physical or digital copy while on duty).</li><li>G Class Driver?s License (must be valid and in good standing).</li><li>Clean and current driver?s abstract.</li><li>Standard First Aid &amp; CPR Level C.</li><li>AODA (Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act) Certification.</li><li>WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System).</li><li>Smart Serve Certification.</li><li>Resistance Management Systems &amp; Use of Force Certification (Baton &amp; Handcuff) ? Stay Safe or LTS-approved instructor.</li><li>Ministry of Labour Health and Safety Awareness Training.</li><li>Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (in accordance with LTS policy).</li></ul><div><br><strong>Additional requirements:</strong></div><ul><li>Minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile or tactical security.</li><li>Ability to operate company vehicle safely and maintain logs.</li><li>Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently and under pressure.</li><li>High integrity and professionalism.</li></ul><div><br><strong>Uniform &amp; Equipment Requirements:</strong><br><strong>Employees are responsible for acquiring and maintaining the following mandatory uniform and gear:</strong></div><ul><li>Black Cargo Pants.</li><li>LTS Grey Short Sleeve Security Shirt.</li><li>LTS 2-in-1 Tactical Jacket.</li><li>CSA-approved black tactical boots.</li><li>LTS-approved Level 3A Stab-Proof Tactical Vest.</li><li>Tactical Security Duty Belt with inner belt.</li><li>Handcuffs and Baton (required after Use of Force training).</li><li>Epaulettes and security ID badge.</li><li>Reflective Safety Vest.<br><br></li></ul><div><strong>Note</strong>: Items already owned may be reviewed and approved by management.<br><br></div><div><strong>Training Expectations:</strong></div><div><strong>Candidates must either hold or be willing to complete the following certifications:</strong></div><ul><li>Resistance Management Systems (Day 1).</li><li>Use of Force Training (Day 2) ?
