*Job Title:* Sales Associate
*Job Type:* Part-Time Morning Shift
*Location:* Hamilton
*Minimum Age Requirement:* 19+
*About the Role:*
We?re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you?ll provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
* Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
* Educate customers on vaping products, usage, and safety
* Process transactions using cash, debit, and credit
* Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
* Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
* Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures
* Follow all store policies and health/safety guidelines
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team player with a positive attitude
* Basic knowledge of vaping products preferred
* Customer service or retail experience is an asset
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
* Must have morning availability.
* Must be 19 years of age or older
