We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, provide excellent customer service, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
*Duties*
* Greet and check-in guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
* Manage reservations and provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
* Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively.
* Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
* Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Assist with billing inquiries and process payments accurately.
* Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role is preferred, ideally within the hospitality industry.
* Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
* Proficiency in phone etiquette and communication skills; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
* Familiarity with hotel management software is advantageous but not required; training will be provided.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
