*Customer Service Representative (PSW Preferred) ? Full-Time*
*Kingsville IDA Pharmacy*
Kingsville IDA Pharmacy is looking for a compassionate and customer-focused *Customer Service Representative* to join our growing team! Preference will be given to candidates with a *Personal Support Worker (PSW)* background or experience with home health care equipment.
*What You’ll Do:*
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and caregivers.
* Assist customers with home health care equipment and mobility devices.
* Deliver products to patients’ homes (must be *25 years of age or older* for insurance purposes).
* Safely lift and move equipment weighing *50?75 lbs*.
* Work collaboratively with our pharmacy and home health care teams.
*What We’re Looking For:*
* Friendly, compassionate, and dependable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of home health care equipment and devices is an asset.
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
* Available to work *Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m.* and *rotating Saturdays (9:00 a.m. ? 1:00 p.m.)*.
