Job Description
We are currently seeking an R.E.C.E to work in our centre in our toddler program! We are a daycare in Kanata North that is seeking passionate and creative educators who will enhance the lives of the children in our care. We are looking for an educator who takes the time to build respectful and responsive relationships with our children. As a centre, we value educators who have positive attitudes, patience, and the ability to work in a team. Over time, we expect our educators to be able to effectively communicate with families and build positive relationships. We also value inventive, engaging activities with lots of creativity. Requirements
-First Aid/ CPR trained
-Vulnerable Sector
\*\*\*\*Must have completed the Early Childhood Educator course and be registered with the College of Education\*\*\*\*
Our Educators must be:
-Patient
-Kind
-Have knowledge of developmental goals
-Flexible
-Reliable
-Creative
-Be able to follow a daily schedule
-Work collaboratively with other educators
-Communicate respectfully with parents and children
-Knowledge of HDLH and ELECT
