Job Description
On-site harvesting labourer position. Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas; harvest soybean pods; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; clean work area; harvest crops; load, unload and transfer crates, supplies and farm produce, livestock and poultry; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; clean stables, barns, barnyards and pens; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market; follow emergency and safety procedures.

Requirements
