Job Description
On-site farm machinery operator position. Clean the crops; clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas; clear fields of wood and stones; cut agricultural seed according to farm standards; deleaf agricultural crops to accelerate ripening; develop specific plans to prioritize; direct farm feed inventory activities; level earth to fine grade specifications; organize tasks to accomplish the work; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; weeding; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; maintain quality control and production records; supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations; maintain work records and logs; perform general farm duties; write daily basic progress reports.
