We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike. This role is essential in providing high-quality service and upholding the standards of our establishment.
*Duties*
* Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring all areas are spotless and well-maintained.
* Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
* Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture and fixtures to maintain a pristine appearance.
* Clean bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, showers, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaning supplies.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
* Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
* Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary.
*Experience*
* Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping preferred but not required.
* Familiarity with custodial or industrial cleaning practices is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions effectively.
* Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and staff.
