Cafe Manager
We are looking for a well-experienced Cafe Manager to work for Sula Chai Baked Goods Inc. located at 260 East 5th Ave East Vancouver, BC V5T 1H3.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the daily operations of the café to ensure efficient service, product quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, supervise, schedule, and evaluate café staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels and adherence to company standards.
- Establish and enforce operational procedures, food safety practices, sanitation standards, and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Monitor customer service performance, address customer concerns, and implement measures to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Manage inventory levels, procure food, beverage, and café supplies, and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Control labour costs, operating expenses, cash handling procedures, and sales activities to support profitability and financial objectives.
- Develop and implement promotional initiatives, seasonal beverage and baked goods offerings, and operational strategies to enhance customer engagement and increase revenue.
- Prepare operational reports, analyze business performance, and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency, service quality, and overall café operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more
Language: English
Other skills;
Good Knowledge of Indian Cuisine
Good supervising skills
Hourly Rate: $37-$38.00 for 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
