Responsibilities
Tasks
· Direct and oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
· Evaluate operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
· Plan, organize, and coordinate day-to-day activities of the organization
· Develop, implement, and enforce policies and procedures for staff
· Plan, monitor, and control budget expenditures and inventory levels
· Manage and negotiate contracts related to advertising and marketing strategies
· Recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff to maintain a high-performing team
· Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
