Experience : 2 years’ experience required
Duties
· Analyze and understand blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ascertain requirements and set specifications.
· Using measurement instruments, create plans that adhere to building codes.
· Materials made of wood, wood replacements, lightweight steel, and other materials should be measured, cut, shaped, assembled, and joined.
· Lay subflooring, erect walls, and roof structures, install floor beams, and construct foundations.
· Install hardware, moldings, stairs, windows, and doors.
· Maintaining, repairing, and remodeling homes.
· Manage other employees.
