*Responsibilities*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal to keep spaces spotless.
* Use commercial cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively to maintain hygiene standards.
* Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and high-touch surfaces regularly.
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and other essentials to ensure availability at all times.
* Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment.
* Report any maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure timely repairs.
* Maintain detailed logs of cleaning activities and supplies used to ensure accountability.
*Skills*
* Previous custodial or Residential and Commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform thorough cleaning efficiently.
* Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to commercial environments.
* Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers or carpet cleaners is a plus.
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
* Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and reporting issues.

Pay: $36,608.00-$39,000.00 per year
