Job Description
*Description:*
We?re looking for a reliable part-time cleaner to keep our modern dairy operation spotless. This is strictly a cleaning role?no milking, no animal handling, just keeping everything clean and sanitary.
*Your main responsibilities:*
* Cleaning and sanitizing robotic milking equipment
* Washing and maintaining calf feeders and Milk Taxi
* Scrubbing floors, walls, throughout the barn
* Keeping rooms, offices, and common areas tidy
* Any other cleaning tasks that come up to maintain a high standard of hygiene
*What we?re looking for:*
* Someone who takes pride in doing a thorough job
* Ability to work independently and follow a cleaning routine
* Comfortable working around farm equipment and livestock areas
* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
* Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently
* Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
* Ensure all assigned areas meet cleanliness standards before shift completion
* Follow established health and safety protocols during cleaning procedures
* Proven experience in cleaning or commercial cleaning preferred but not required
* Knowledge of facilities maintenance and basic upkeep procedures is advantageous
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
* Good organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively
* Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
* Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift light to moderate loads as needed
