Job Description
On-site contact centre agent – customer service position. Address customers’ complaints or concerns; answer inquiries and provide information to customers; arrange for billing for services; arrange for refunds and credits; perform general office duties; receive and log complaints; answer clients’ inquiries and provide information.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
