*Responsibilities*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
* Assist customers with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and order processing
* Utilize analysis skills to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or upgrades
* Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
* Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
* Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service processes
*Experience*
* Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required; training will be provided
* Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
* Multilingual abilities, particularly bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
* Demonstrated communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally
* Analysis skills for assessing customer needs and providing tailored solutions
* Experience with upselling techniques and sales strategies is a plus
* Familiarity with phone etiquette standards and excellent interpersonal skills
