*Responsibilities*
* Greeting and assisting customers
* Scheduling appointments, monitoring emails, texts and answering phones
* Helping coordinate repair progress updates
* Assisting estimators with photos and repair documentation
* Learning estimating software and insurance procedures
* Supporting shop operations and workflow
