Customer Service Representative (Full-Time & Part-Time)
We’re looking for *two motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives* to join our team. If you’re confident on the phone, organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy helping customers, we’d love to hear from you.
Available Positions
* *Full-Time:* Varied shifts
* *Part-Time:* Weekends

Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments
* Make outbound follow-up and customer care calls
* Coordinate schedules with technicians and update job information
* Maintain accurate customer records and tracking documents
* Complete daily administrative tasks
* Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting effective team communication
What We’re Looking For
* Excellent communication and phone skills
* A strong customer service mindset and professional attitude
* Comfortable using computers and learning new software
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Previous experience in customer service, dispatching, or administrative support is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
