You’ll work independently and as part of a team, responding to incidents, conducting patrols, and ensuring site policies are followed at all times.</span></p><p> </p><h2><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Key Responsibilities</span></h2><ul data-spread=”false”><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and site perimeters to maintain a safe and secure environment.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Monitor access points by verifying identification, controlling entry, and enforcing site procedures.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Provide exceptional customer service by assisting employees, contractors, and visitors with directions and general inquiries.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Complete scheduled equipment inspections and document the condition and location of site assets.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Respond to alarms, emergencies, medical incidents, and security concerns in a calm and professional manner.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Prepare accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Monitor CCTV systems and investigate suspicious activity when required.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Perform routine inspections of fencing, gates, and other security infrastructure.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Maintain effective radio communication with supervisors and team members throughout each shift.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Identify and report safety concerns, hazards, equipment issues, or policy violations.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Assist during emergency situations, including evacuations and first-response procedures.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Follow all company policies, client expectations, and site-specific operating procedures.</span></li></ul><h2><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Qualifications</span></h2><ul data-spread=”false”><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Valid BC Security Worker Licence.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span style=”font-size: 12pt; font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;”>Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities.</span></li><li><span style=”font
