We?re now looking for a motivated and reliable *Delivery Driver & Budtender* to join our team in a hybrid role.
*Key Responsibilities:*
*As a Delivery Driver:*
* Safely deliver cannabis orders to customers following all *AGCO* and *CannSell* guidelines.
* *Verify customer ID* and match the *last 4 digits of the card used to place the order* upon delivery.
* Ensure *undeliverable orders* are returned to the appropriate store immediately after the delivery attempt.
* Maintain open communication with the store ? *call ahead if running late* or if any issues arise during delivery.
* Provide *exceptional customer service* ? every drop should reflect the Garden City Cannabis Co. experience.
* Wear *Garden City Cannabis Co. gear* or *licensed producer (LP) gear* as provided ? professional appearance is mandatory.
*Vehicle Care & Compliance*
* Complete a walk-around inspection of the delivery vehicle before and after every shift with the store manager.
* Follow all rules of the road and drive with care ? you are representing the company.
* Plug in the vehicle whenever it is not in use.
* Report any issues or damage with the delivery vehicle immediately to (Owner & GM).
* Maintain a clean, organized vehicle at all times.
*In-Store Support (When Not Driving)*
* Assist in-store at 310 Garrison road when not on delivery.
* Duties include door greeting, checking IDs, and general cleaning/maintenance of the store.
* Support the store team as needed to maintain a smooth operation and positive customer experience.
* Plug in the car for charging
*As a Budtender:*
* Greet and assist customers in-store with product knowledge and recommendations
* Maintain a clean and compliant retail environment
* Operate the POS system for transactions and inventory tracking
* Stay up to date on cannabis products, accessories, and compliance regulations
