Job Description:
Locomotive Movers Limited is a moving and logistic company registered in Alberta. We provide Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) Transportation Services across Western Canada. We also provide high-quality residential and commercial relocation to individuals and corporate entities. We are looking for drivers who take pride in their work and prioritize safety and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch moving crews to residential and commercial sites across Canada.
Act as the primary link between customers, drivers, and management.
Utilize GPS and dispatch software to optimize routing and monitor fleet safety.
Manage administrative tasks including work orders, billing verification, and driver logs.
Proactively resolve logistical challenges to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office and logistics/dispatch software.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking and communication skills; must be able to manage a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Previous experience in dispatching or the transportation industry is required.
