Job Description

– Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
– Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
– Prepare and serve food items according to company standards
– Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area and food preparation areas
– Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
– Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials
– Assist with stocking inventory and restocking supplies as needed

– Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
– Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
– Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations
– Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
– Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
