Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Counter Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
– Greet customers with a friendly attitude and provide excellent customer service
– Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
– Prepare and serve food and beverages following food safety guidelines
– Operate POS systems to process orders and payments
– Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change
– Maintain cleanliness of the counter area and dining space
– Assist in food preparation as needed
– Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
– Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
– Proficiency in basic math for cash handling
– Ability to work well in a team environment
– Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
– Willingness to learn and adapt to various tasks in a dynamic setting
Nice-to-have Skills:
– Familiarity with POS systems
– Experience in food handling or food service industry
