Job Description

We are looking for well-experienced Food Services Manager for “Eaton Hall Country Inn & Spa” located at 13990 Dufferin Street, King City, ON L7B 1B3

JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop and implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and drive revenue growth across food and beverage outlets.
  • Set staff work schedules, monitor performance, and implement strategies to optimize labor efficiency while maintaining luxury service standards.
  • Control inventory and procurement, negotiating with suppliers to improve cost efficiency, streamline supply chains, and ensure product availability.
  • Monitor financial performance through P&L analysis, forecasting, and budget management to achieve revenue targets and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, maintaining the highest operational standards across all service points.
  • Resolve customer concerns and implement service recovery strategies to strengthen client relationships and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with culinary and operations teams to design menus, special event packages, and seasonal offerings aligned with market trends.
  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale events and banquets, ensuring seamless coordination across service, culinary, and vendor teams.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, negotiating catering contracts and venue use agreements to maximize event bookings and revenue.

Prerequisites:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree  or equivalent experience

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience

Language: English

Hourly Rate: $36 to $ 39 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week

Starting Date: As soon as possible

Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent

Benefits: 4 % Vacation Pay
