Job Description
On-site general labourer – farm position. Clean the crops; divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots; grade vegetables and fruits into different grades according to the size, shape, colour and volume to fetch high price in market; greenhouse cleaning; hand harvesting vegetables; mixing fertilizer; plant, cultivate and irrigate crops; fertilize and spray crops; harvest crops; operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; detect disease and health problems in crops, livestock and poultry; examine product for quality and its readiness for the market; assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants.
