Job Description
On-site inbound customer service representative – contact centre position. Address customers’ complaints or concerns; answer inquiries and provide information to customers; obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services; receive and log complaints; maintain and manage digital database; answer clients’ inquiries and provide information.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
