*Location:* Guelph, ON

*About Us*
Helmand Kabab House is a well-established Afghan restaurant serving fresh, flavorful kababs, rice dishes, and traditional specialties. We’re hiring Kitchen Staff to support our cooking and food prep team.
*Responsibilities*
* Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, marinating meats, prepping sauces) following recipes and portion guidelines
* Assist cooks with grilling, frying, and plating dishes
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen station
* Monitor food stock and inform management of low supplies
* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards
* Support during high-volume periods and catering orders
*Requirements*
* Previous kitchen or food prep experience preferred
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team environment
* Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
* Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
