Job Description
On-site long haul truck driver position. Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions; professionalism in customer service; drive as part of a two-person team or convoy; load and unload goods; obtain special permits and other documents required to transport cargo on international routes; operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials; oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment; pay and receive payments for goods; perform brake adjustments; perform emergency roadside repairs; perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle; perform preventive maintenance; receive and relay information to central dispatch; record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption; tarping and ensuring safety and security of cargo; transport and handle dangerous goods.

Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- English
- Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely
- AZ class license
- Driver’s License (Class 1 or A)
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate
