Come Join Our Team as a Poultry Farm Production Worker!!!Our success depends upon having the right people in the right jobs with the ability to work well together.Country Ribbon Inc. is an integrated chicken production and processing company that markets products under the Country Ribbon, Pinehill and other brand names. Country Ribbon operates a livestock feed mill, production complex and processing plant in the St. John’s area.We have openings for farm workers at our Poultry Farm Complex; located on Northern Pond Road just on the outskirts of St. John’s. Applicants must be willing to work in a farm setting with live animals and be mechanically inclined. This is a unionized position with a starting hourly rate of $22.80 working 36-45 hours per week. Other benefits include health and dental insurance, matched pension plan, virtual health, and an employee assistance plan.High school diploma or equivalent and possession of a valid driver’s license are required. Previous experience working in an agricultural environment would be a definite asset but not required as training will be provided.
