(Restaurant Manager)
We are looking for well experienced Restaurant Manager for “Hungry Herbies Drive In” located at 1301 Hwy. 97 North Cache Creek, BC V0K 1H0 Canada.

JOB DUTIES:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient food preparation, customer service, and compliance with company standards.
- Recruit, train, supervise, schedule and evaluate restaurant staff, fostering a productive team environment and ensuring consistent service quality.
- Monitor food quality, portion control, sanitation, and workplace safety standards to maintain compliance with applicable health, food safety, and occupational health regulations.
- Develop and implement operational procedures to improve service efficiency, reduce food waste, control labour costs, and maximize profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate the purchasing of food, beverages, packaging materials, and restaurant supplies while minimizing shortages and spoilage.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues promptly and professionally to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Analyze sales reports, labour costs, inventory usage, and operating expenses; prepare operational reports and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, licensing requirements, and all applicable provincial and federal regulations governing restaurant operations.
Prerequisites:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience & Skills: 5 years or more, in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $36.60 per Hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
