* Working alongside them, supervise and coordinate the activities of staff to ensure the highest guest satisfaction
* Ensure work schedules and procedures are respected
* Maintain records of waste
* Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
* Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
* Will be responsible to open and/or close restaurant properly
* Cash management functions
Part-Time Keyholder – Must be available days, evenings and weekends with reliable transportation Food Safety, WHMIS, and First Aid are all considered assets but are not necessary. Position is part time.
