Job Description
We are hiring for an experienced “Retail Store Supervisor” for Ultramar Gas station located at 4 Cattail Ridge Sackville, NB E4L 3S1

Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Oversee inventory control and stock management for both the gas station and the convenience store.
- Supervise and maintain high standards of customer service within the convenience store.
- Manage and adjust retail pricing for products sold at the gas station and the convenience store.
- Prepare staff schedules and assign daily duties for employees across both locations.
- Train and supervise new employees to ensure proper operational and customer service procedures.
- Provide regular reports to the Manager regarding sales performance, inventory levels, product movement, and customer service feedback.
Prerequisites:
Education: Secondary high school or equivalent.
Experience & Skills: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
Language: English
Hourly Rate: $ 21.00 to $22.00 per hour for 30 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Fulltime and permanent
