Job Description
On-site retail store supervisor position. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff; order merchandise; authorize return of merchandise; establish work schedules; sell merchandise; prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters; resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages; organize and maintain inventory; manage cash; perform sales and marketing activities; ensure settlements are made according to company practices and procedures; check products for defects and to ensure conformance to company standards; prepare daily reports of fuel, oil and accessory sales.

Requirements
