We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. The Room Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. This position requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and providing exceptional service to enhance the overall guest experience.
*Duties*
* Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, following established procedures.
* Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all items are fresh and in good condition.
* Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and cleaning products as needed.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
* Maintain cleanliness in common areas of the hotel, including lobbies, hallways, and stairwells.
* Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
*Skills*
* Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not required.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to clean thoroughly and efficiently.
* Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and custodial practices is a plus.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within designated time frames.
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
